I'm not sure why Kamry was not pictured this Sunday, But is loving Nursery and sings nonstop. She will sing songs I don't remember signing with her, and realize she is remembering some of them from singing in Nursery! I love it, She is quite the little vocalist.
This year started pretty great, for one we got to go back to Idaho, for my little/big Brother's wedding! It was a short, but sweet trip, and we got to see some family and enjoy some snow (we didn't have any for Christmas and we were missing it). We were able to go sledding behind the four wheeler at Grandpa Williams, and behind the snowmobile and GMa and GPa Wood's. Carter thought it was the greatest thing. The wedding was nice and we were excited to have Hannah join our family. Overall a great trip the only down side was having to leave Dad to stay home and start a new semester. We had some pretty great snow storms that threatened our journey home, but all was fine, and the kids were like seasoned travelers.
I will not lie and say I thought the flight was going to be cake, and would also be lying by saying that everything went smoothly. However, the kids were marvelous, and we only had a slight hiccup with my ID. We have many YMCAs here and I usually go to one in particular, I love the childcare there and its closer to my house. So when I broke my routine and went to another Y, which requires your driver's License to check your kids into the childcare, I had left it there, picked up the kids, left the ID. That was two weeks before my flight and I didn't think about it until 4:45 am right before we left for the airport, in which the YMCA is closed. Needless to say I was stressed, and tried to think what I could possibly do. While Mike drove to Cincinnati I was on the phone with my favorite people, airport services. They suggested arriving about 3 hours early and I was going to be about 1 hour early. The airport was very helpful and tried their best to get me where I needed to go, and what documents I needed to get through security. All was set and it was about 30 minutes before my flight was suppose to take off, when I got to the Security line which was taking an average of 45 minutes. I started to get very worried, about 15 minutes into waiting in line and being far from done. A TSA worker took pity on me (I think it was desperation on my face) and brought me to the front of the line and I was able to get through and I was the last to get in line to board the plane. It was a tense hour and the kids were a calming energy rather than an increased stressed which was such a blessing. I know someone was looking out for us and my prayers were answered as we had a safe trip to Idaho!
Wearing G-Pa Williams snow clothes. they are the best! What a snow storm, Idaho did not disappoint these little snow bunnies! |
These picture just says it all they are pals, and they love taking pictures together!
Kamry has some awesome car seat moments that I just had to share!
Daddy put leggings and knee length socks on for church! |
Perfect riding toy, when she is awake a great distraction, when she needs a nap a great sunshade. |
This girl cares about the safety of her doll, and I get an ear full when I make her leave her in the car. |
We love the YMCA pool and it is a great family outing during winter! Mike has been working with Carter on swimming and it has paid off he is swimming really well! |
This is how Kamry wakes up, happy and crazy hair! |
January and February were great months and we feel as though 2016 is going to be glorious! Until next month!
