Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween. First was our carving pumpkins. Mike is so busy he started his but then had no time to finish it,. even if he did Carter climbed on the table and ruined it, so we don't have a picture of Mike's Pumpkin. Carter's pumpkin is the one that is full of the guts. We tried teaching him how to clean it out, but his favorite was picking up what we had taken out of ours and putting them in his so his is super full.  On Halloween we went to our Stake 'Trunk or Treat' it was so much fun and Carter loved going and holding his bucket up for more candy. A couple of days before Halloween I still had no idea what Carter was going to be, Then I had a great idea we would be a Mario family. Then for the next few days it was sewing and trying to get everything ready. I think they turned out great, take a look.

Mike sewed his own costume.
He is pretty amazing

Hope you had a 'SUPER' Halloween

It was a great Halloween and we enjoyed being together as a family!!

Carter

I have the hardest time thinking of blog titles. Things are going good in the Williams house hold. . . really good actually. For the biggest news, Mike got a job at the hospital working as a histology tech and is working so hard. He works all morning and comes home for about 30 seconds to grab his backpack and leaves me the car (thats right we only have one car, its always an adventure). Then he rides his bike to school, which is really close so thats nice. After school he comes home and eats and hits the books. He is working so hard all the time and I feel so blessed that we are married. I am still working as a gymnastic coach, but only one class. I go every day for about two hours and work in the office answering the phone, and keeping up on the books. It is great because I can bring Carter and he loves to play around and get in to everything. He is really brave and loves to try new things which terrifies me. It really is a great job, not too many hours where I can still be a stay at home mom, and I stay connected to the gym.
Carter is still his bubbly and happy self. I love him so much he makes me laugh all the time. His new word is "shoe" he will bring me his shoes then sit down and put his feet up and say 'shoe'. He loves to go outside so he knows if he has his shoes on then he will get to go outside. But now I will put his shoes on while I am getting ready, but we wouldn't go outside because I wasn't ready to go yet. So now he will bring me his shoes I will put them on him and then if I don't have my shoes he will go back into my closet and pick two shoes (sometimes they match but most the time they don't) and he puts them in front of me and says 'shoes' I just laugh. He is such a boy trying to speed my process of getting out the door. He is a sweetheart.

ENJOY these picures of our Little Man

Summer Overview

Well, It has been a while since I posted, so this will be an overload of pictures and info. We have had a busy and crazy summer as always! For memorial day we visited Mike's mom then went to a picnic at Dad Williams house. That week we got to spend time with the Chad and Tosha family, which is always so much fun.
Three generations of Williams

Carter loves Grandpa! He loves going to his house and when we pull up he says 'gmpa'

Dear Tosha, If you are reading our blog and you see the pictures I promised to send you, I am sorry I have not done so. I was looking through my pictures and I noticed I had them so I will send these and the rest of them to you shortly. :)

Moab was our next adventure we had so much fun we went with my sisters families. We stayed at a really fun condo with a pool which the kidos loved. We went down because Mike, my bro-in-law Trevor did the Moab xterra triathalon. My sis Melissa did the Olympic triathalon.

The Delicate Arch from a point of view that not many people get, because Nicole and I took a round about way and ended up coming up on the side of the arch, instead of on top of it. We almost died!

The whole group at Balancing Rock!

our little fam

Nicole and I finally found our way to the correct trail. We are not quite sure how we got so off
but we weren't the only ones. Thats what happens when two girls go hiking at the crack of dawn by themselves.
Now some random Pictures. There are some major gaps but I was bad and didn't take pictures so lots of camping, swimming and hangin with friends and family.

All summer I tried to keep Carter's hat on and he always took it off.
when we would be inside he would put it on all the time.

Hope you had a Great Summer!

Blessings!

This summer has been crazy! We have been running around every weekend going to Moab, our cabin, and family reunions and every where in between. But what I really want to blog about today is how blessed I feel to have Mike and Carter in my life. Two days ago I lost my wedding ring, which is really weird because it fits perfectly, and I was so so so devastated. We searched high and low, under and over things everywhere. I noticed it gone when I was at work, but I just had a feeling it was somewhere at home. Naturally, I started praying and my heart was broken and I cried pretty much all day on Monday. At night I kept dreaming I found my ring and I was so happy, then I woke up and realized it was still gone and wanted to cry. I just really wanted my ring back. This ring is perfect for me! Mike picked it out every part of it he hand picked the diamond, the band, everything. Anyway I missed it and there was a hole in my heart, everytime I touched my hand.

Two days later, still no ring, but I was still hopeful and prayerful. Then I was in the living honestly thinking, 'I need a miracle right about now' then right in the middle of my living room there it was BOTH of the rings, engagment and wedding band. I was so happy I jumped up and down and screamed and cried! I kept saying 'Thank you' I got my miracle! I am sooooo HAPPY!!! Prayers do work! Quick post but I wanted to yell it from the roof tops and blogging is the next best thing!

Old Married Couple

I am sitting here in our living room, Carter is asleep, Mike is watching golf, and I realized I don't think I like to watch golf : ) just kidding. I always knew I didn't like to watch golf. as we started our night ritual putting Carter to bed, then winding down our days in our different ways. Mike winds down by watching a couple holes of golf, I wind down by knitting, cross-stiching, online scrapbooking, or blogging. Then it hit me we are like old married folks whose names are Martha and George (I don't know if those are old names, but I swear there are so many Georges that are married to marthas, and they tend to be at an advanced age) I find this funny, I think this would depress me if we didn't have a great time during the day.  We have had a really good month.

We were able to do the Bengal Triathlon at ISU at the end of April. This Triathlon is so fun! I love it! the swim is the night before which is nice because you don't have to ride your bike wet, and the run is around campus on red hill, which is a very scenic run. For the swim we just went with Carter and switched inbetween our swims. Mike did great! While swimming I think about everything except how many laps I have done. This was my thought process on just my first lap. I hope I do good, what if I could swim super fast like Michael Phelps, the olympics are this summer, I love summer, I should plant tomatoes next week so I could have salsa this summer, I want salsa, ooo I want Coasta Vida:) and so on. So you can see by the time the girl counting my laps gave me the, 'last lap' sign I was a little unprepared and I realized I could have gone a lot faster, but I was okay with my time. After the swim I had the worst headache so Mike decided it would be best if we went to get some food and we went to Coasta Vida,YAY!! which to me is like a drug! I ate my pork salad(with salsa) and with in the first two bites I was instantly cured!! I'm telling you I could have Coasta Vida every day and be a Happy Camper. But then they would make a sitcom about me and how bad it is to eat out everyday. The next day for the Bike/Run portion of the TRI we woke up early and Dad Williams (I got the saying 'Dad Williams' from Tosha. Thanks tosh) helped watch Carter for us as we did the TRI. After the athletes finished the TRI they had Kiwi Loco for everyone in the tri, drug number two for me:) They also had bagels from 5th street bagelry.YUM! Honestly, most people do triathlons to be fit, work out, push themselves to do better, go faster and all that fun stuff, on the other hand there is me, who signs up to get a shirt, frozen yogurt and bagels. I know, I know there are easier ways of getting shirts, frozen yogurt and bagels without swimming 700yds, biking 11 miles and running a 5k (3.2 miles) but I also love the atmosphere, people and the feeling of being a part of something. This was my third triathlon and I have to say it has been my favorite I loved every minute of it! maybe because after the Tri Dad Williams took us to . . .you guest it, Coasta Vida :D I know I need help I'M ADDICTED.

Then after lunch we went home to relax for a while but not long because Mike's friend Greg invited us to go fourwheeling that night. It was so much fun Carter loved to sit bewteen us and kept falling asleep. It was so beautiful up there because everything was starting to turn green and the flowers were blooming.
This is the top of where the fourwheeling ride took us. Pictures just can't do it justice
you can see for miles!

Sweet picture after the TRI with Benny the Bengal and the Idaho Central Bear
Carter was a little concerned about the ICCU bear getting in the picture, but he warmed up
and waved after the picture.
One quiet day Mike wanted to go practice putting so Carter and I went to enjoy the weather,
but Carter did not want to sit on the side and watch he wanted to do
what Daddy was doing. So this is him lining up his put.
Mike is going to bed it is an hour and half past our bed time, like I said earlier we are old married couple who go to bed early (unless they are blogging) Mike is so sweet he always waits for me to be done with whatever I am doing, so that we can go to bed together. But I can tell he is getting very sleepy so good night! from Martha and George :)

SPRING is in the AIR!

We have had lots of fun this spring! For Spring break my mom, sister, brother, nieces and nephew came down to play at the gym I work at, we had a fun time. We have ramps for snowboarders learning to flip on jumps but we use it mostly as a slide. It was fun to see the girls do their tricks and I got to play around instead of work.
These are our perfect rollar coaster faces!

say cheese!
Calyn's front flip

Brooklyn's front flip

Andrea's beautiful Toe touch

Ry going on the big slide. What a brave boy

relaxing in the foam pit!

Lately, it has been really warm in Pocatello and we just have to take advantage.
Disc golfing
When its this pretty outside you have to enjoy it!

Carter loves playing with the discs.

Sorry this is such a long post but a lot has happened and not a lot of time to download pictures. Easter was really fun a couple of weeks ago we went up to my parents house and had a Easter egg hunt it was fun to have everyone around. But for the actual day of Easter we went to church and then we went to Mike's dad house and had dinner and hung out. Then we had a mini photo shoot thank you Dad Williams!
